POLICIES

 All of our trees are dug with mechanical spades and wire balled.

We carry an inventory of Live Oaks and many other varieties of trees which are available for immediate, year-round delivery. If what you need is not immediately available, it can be dug to order upon receipt of a confirmation and deposit. No order is too large for us to fill.

Location : Our nursery is located at 26 SE 1 st Avenue , Chiefland , Florida , one block off US Highway 19.

Visitors : We extend a warm welcome to visitors. We request that you give us advance notice of your visit so that we can plan to spend some time with you. We welcome inspection of our stock.

Prices : This is a wholesale price list based on present market conditions and subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. Chiefland, Florida .

Terms : Our regular terms are cash with order. A 25% deposit is required for orders to be held for future delivery or pickup, accompanied with an agreed delivery date.

Claims: All claims for any cause must be made promptly upon receipt of stock. We will not entertain claims when report, in writing, is not made within ten (10) days after arrival of stock. All errors in shipping must be noted on the bill of lading with each shipment.

Liability : We give no warranty, express or implied, as to the productiveness or life of the nursery stock we sell and will not be responsible for the result secured on transplanting. All stock is guaranteed true to name and in good condition at the time of shipment, but we will assume no responsibility after such stock leaves our nursery. Orders accepted are subject to prior orders, crop conditions, and to delay or injury to our nursery stock due to accidents, floods, hail, acts of God, etc.

Transportation : Please give shipping instructions with your order. We cannot ship B&B plants by common carrier. Our stock is loaded and packed with the greatest care, therefore, our responsibility ends upon delivery in good condition to the carrier. All shipments travel at risk and expense of purchaser. We can arrange shipping. Payment for freight is due upon delivery. Current freight rates apply. All delivery charges are C.O.D. and must be paid when stock is delivered. PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for labor and equipment to unload.

Notice : We do not provide covering for trees which are picked up. If you plan to pick up trees, please remember to bring a tarpaulin or other suitable covering and ropes.
